  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Migrate instances from R113 to R1136 environment Facilitate the evolution of the job scheduling platform by assisting with new infrastructure rollouts and migrationsAnalyze incidents and outages and implement preventative measures to prevent reoccurrenceLevel 3 service support and timely closure of incidentsManage Authorization of WCCPropose and implement system and operational enhancements including automation opportunities where possible
      • Technical Experience : Expert in CA AutoSys v11, EEM and WCC 8 years Autosys administration experience including installing, configuring, upgrading and supporting CA Autosys V113 environments Oracle database experience would be beneficialGood understanding of infrastructure principles and system inter-dependencies outside the job scheduling environment egnetworking, databasesHigh level problem analysis and resolution skillsProficient in Linux administration and scripting
      • Professional Attributes : 8 years Autosys administration experience including installing, configuring, upgrading and supporting CA Autosys V113 environments 5 years of experience in Linux and scripting
      • Educational Qualification : BE/ B TECH MCA
    • Additional Information : Willing to work on shifts and oncall
