Our customers are at theheart of everything we do.Group Business Assurance (GBA) operates as a 2nd Line of defence, assuring the end to end (E2E)accuracy of supplier and customer charging whilst giving insight and consultancy to the business onimprovements and optimisation opportunities.Youll have the following responsibilitiesWhy this Job Matters Supports the input into and execution of the GBA strategy for the ongoing assurance of products andcontracts within their CFUIndustry and/or BT E2E system/product knowledge being used to drive operational excellenceAccountability Accountable for business engagement across a wide range of operational CFU stakeholders.Has detailed understanding of one or more key product/contract areas and uses businessassurance knowledge to carry out/support 2nd line control coverage assessments, productend-to-end assessments and risk and control reviews.Uses understanding of the audit of processes and systems along with commercial insight todefine and recommend new or amend appropriate coverage and controls, and ensure theyare executedCarries out root cause analysis and root cause management at CFU level (workingwith Control Operations and Recovery).May be required to support Specialists in management of third party suppliers andinteraction with auditors and regulatory authorities.Key Decisions Process ImprovementRisk assessment at a product/contract levelControl coverage approachStakeholder engagement approach at an E-D levelAssessment and support for billing incidentsException recovery prioritisation and approachYoull have the following skills & experienceSkills Required Candidate must be a B.com and should have more than 3 years experience in Finance Domain(OTC, PTP , RTR & FA) Good Knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel , Word & Power Point)Experienced in Business AssuranceManaging change in operational team managementStrong communication/Influencing skills and stakeholder management at D & C level.Good knowledge in the specific areas of business covered by the teamCommercial awareness with ability to articulates high-level commercial impact of complexassurance activities to senior stakeholdersCustomer excellenceData managementFinancial analysis and insightsGovernance and complianceImprovement focusMeasuring effectivenessPlanning and schedulingProduct and service knowledgeRisk managementExperience: MANDATORY: Candidate must be a B.com and should have more than 3 years experience in Finance Domain(OTC, PTP , RTR & FA)MANDATORY: Good Knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Word & Power Point)significant experience in: project/programme management, business assurance, risk, compliance,network, business operations, audit or billing roles, contract managementMANDATORY: Business/Revenue Assurance industry experience or other relevant areaPREFERRED: BQF LP+ or Six Sigma Green belt+, *BCom
