Job Description

Channel Sales Account ManagerLocation Remote ChinaPosting date 1 day ago(6/16/2021 8:06 AM)Category Field Sales Job summary The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Channel Sales Account Manager to join us in China. In this role, you will manage channel development, sales, and customer satisfaction within your assigned territory. Youll develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and local account sales representatives. Primary job responsibilities

  • Work with existing and potential channel partners to meet sales quotas; create and carry out sales plans and strategies with local field sales teams
  • Maintain stable relationships with channel partners to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure revenue growth
  • Carry out the distributor and partner programs
  • Use solutions architects, consultants, and the local sales team to support our partners geos or industrial coverage efforts
  • Integrate sales initiatives across direct and inside sales channels of distribution
  • Provide support to partner sales teams through training, customer visits, technical and administrative information, and demonstrations
  • Manage channel development, sales, and customer satisfaction within the territory
  • Conduct regular business review sessions and create efficient plans with major partners
  • Perform other sales assignments
Required skills
  • 10+ years of experience in channel development or commercial sales in the IT industry with a demonstrated record of success
  • Experienced in partner recruitment, enablement, and management
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels throughout organizations
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, business, or marketing is a plus
