For any clarification please call 9674484100.Expectation from the Role:The ideal candidate is expected to leadCloudMigration of the existing IT Infrastructure including ERP System/ Servers/ Database/ Data Centres etc. along with various IT applications and IT Security systems. The role shall lead theCloudmigration, operations and support function ensuring minimum disruption in systems availability, zero-loss of data and maximum uptime. The candidate shall have the overall accountability right from requirement analysis, project blueprint, technology evaluation to landscape design,cloud platform selection, systemarchitecture design, vendor evaluation & vendor management, go live, post go live support & trouble shooting. Besides, he shall also play the role of a Project Manager to manage all IT Systems & Services thus hosted on theCloud platform.Skills required for the role:The ideal candidate should be open to relocate to Kolkata for medium to long term. He/ She should be open to work in the core industry rather than the IT sector and should have adequate Technical & Managerial skills required for the job. The broad requirements are given below:1) Education & Experience:MCA/ M. Tech/ B. Tech/ M. Sc - Computer Science (full time course from a reputed University) with5 to 8 years of relevant experience in an IT company as a Cloud Consultant/ Cloud Architect/ Solutions Architect or in the core sector as aCloud specialist2)System Architecture & System AdministrationExperience:Hands on experience in Systems Architecture design/ planning and Administration (including multiple Operating Systems, Databases and ERP) with substantial knowledge of managing various IT applications, IT Network & Infrastructure and Security. System Administration exposure in SAP R3/ SAP HANA environment will be an added advantage. Must have good knowledge of System Design/ Landscape Design, Database & OS migration, Datacenter transition, Disaster Recovery etc. Should be well versed in managing and facilitating Licenses of servers/ applications, System Audit, Usage monitoring, System Upgrade and Back Up. Should be comfortable with supporting entire IT Landscape of the organization - including the ERP Platform. In case of SAP landscape, knowledge of SAP ECC with SOH, Solution Manager, Netweaver, Portal, Mobile Platform (SMP) along with non-SAP IT Applications. Should be able to set up/ integrate multiple Systems/ Processes/ Platforms ensuring the highest level of security3)SpecificCloudExposure:Must have worked on at least 2 complete OS/ DB migration project toCloudPlatforms (Public Cloud). Must have a very good understanding of existing and evolvingCloudTechnologies and Platforms so as to evaluate options/ combinations and recommend the best possible option for the organization.Working knowledge ofAWSCloud platformis mandatory.Else must have excellent exposure in at least2 other Public Cloud platforms.Good knowledge ofCloudPlatform Integration, Hybrid Cloud environment and management of IT Services in aCloudHosted environment is required for the roleThe ideal candidate should have good communication and people management skills as it will lead a team and also closely interact with different functions, vendors and IT service providers.
