Job Description

Zomato provides information, menus and user-reviews of restaurants as well as food delivery options from partner restaurants in select cities.Profile: Customer Care Executive-E Chat ProcessJob Overview:

  • Communication with customers through live chats or emails to answer questions and resolve queries.
  • Real time calling the merchants/Logistic Partners, to confirm the status of the customers order.
  • Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues
  • Customer centric and solution oriented approach to solve issues, without having the customer to wait long
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilate quickly to all policy related new updates.
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent Written communication & Dynamic and engaging written communication style. Ability to use written skills to establish rapport.
  • Ability to probe logically to understand the customer needs and concerns better.
  • Must have the ability to communicate online in a conversational manner that promotes dialogue and establishes rapport.
  • Grammatically correct and concise statements while assisting the customers over the chat
  • Ability to communicate articulately and credibly.
Responsibilities:
  • For each chat, you must reply to customer questions within stipulated time after researching account activity.
  • Simultaneous calling the merchants/Logistic Partners to provide resolution on the chat.
  • Handling multi conversations (Multi Chats) effectively in real time.
  • Should be able to maintain high standards of Chat Quality by being more focused and attentive throughout the chat.
  • Ensuring implication of proactive thought process by choosing accurate, concise and error free sentences.
  • Achieve excellence in daily deliverables around all the laid SLAs and TATs
Requirement:
  • Fresher or Experienced. Prefer Minimum 6 months of experience.
  • Graduate & under Grads can apply.
  • Excellent communication skills both Verbal and Written
  • Flexible working in 24/7, Rotational Shifts and Rotational Offs environment
  • Open to work on the High Volume days and hours. Eg. Festive days, Weekends, IPL events, Dinner hours etc.
  • Comfortable in using Computer /Laptops & has good typing skills.
  • Typing speed minimum 35 words per min with 85% accuracy.
  • Versant Test Score 50+
  • Available to join us Immediately
  • Must have a Computer/Laptop & High Speed internet connection available at home
Interview Rounds:
  • Hr and Ops Round
  • Write Ups (Any Article, Min. 250 Words)
  • Typing Test (35 Words Per Min with 85% Accuracy)
  • Versant Test (Minimum Score: 50)
Salary: 15,000 - 20,000
