Position : D2 Documentum Developer Department : IT Application Services LEI Educational Qualifications : B.E/B.Tech. in Computer Technology/Information Technology or B.C.A./M.C.A Technical / Subject Knowledge :Hands on experience in Documentum D2 developmentMinimum three years of experience in working with any of the Document Management application preferably EMC Documentumknowledge in Documentum WebTop, WebSphere, React, jQuery, JavaScript, JavaIdeally experienced in customization for OpenText s Documentum WebTop product, configuration, supporting and troubleshooting, C2, O2 and DocumentumExpertise in managing and supporting users for standard software programsUnderstanding of Windows-based server infrastructure and network, AD, storage will be added advantageExperience of working with global teams and supporting global usersKnowledge of project management tool JIRA preferredBasic understanding of Windows-based server infrastructure and network, AD, storageExperience or basic understanding of EPC organizationTargeted Industries : EPC organizations Key Role & Responsibility :Develop, support and maintain Documentum D2Collect user requirements and promote Linde Engineering s various systems for Documents ManagementMaintain the systems, ensure compatibility with other infrastructure, e.g. operating system, MS Office versions etc.Continuously improve the existing landscape together with the application ownerChange management skills to convince users for the benefits of a given solutionProvide second level support for Documentum and other applications in his/her scopeSupport medium to high complexity tasks independently or with minimum guidanceServer monitoring and emergency responseTraining and guiding users on various applicationsParticipate in application upgrades, testing and roll-outGood in error-finding and troubleshooting of systems down to root-cause-analysisAct as team member for further development of local and global applications, tools and utilitiesSupport in developing work instructions and improvement initiativesEnsures adherence to department practices and procedures, legal acts and regulationsEfficient involvement of other experts at the same location or at HQSoft Skills :Good verbal and written communication skills.
