Job Code - Deputy General Manager-Operations and Assistant General Manager Operations Position As a part of its growth plans, ASA India plans to enhance its existing professional team. For the purpose is looking for Deputy General Manager (Operations) and Assistant General Manager (Operations). They will be part of the senior management of the company. Will be posted at Head Office Kolkata. Job ResponsibilitiesDeveloping operation strategies, planning, meeting targets and ensuring business growth. Supervision and monitoring of branches and those in Operation team. Identifying, overseeing and handling risks related to operations. Maintaining overall quality and efficiency of operations Delivering mission focused and client centric services. Compliance to organizational policies, directives and strategies. Compliance to the regulatory requirements related to operations. Desired Candidates ProfilePreferably holding a Master s degree. A minimum of 10 years of experience of a large size Microfinance Institution in a senior position for the position of DGM & 8 years for AGM. Enthusiasm to serve the underprivileged and make a positive impact in their life through interventions of the company. ASA India as a part of CSR also provides other socially relevant interventions in the field of health, education, sanitation, skill development etc. A team player with willing to take responsibility to ensure continued growth and outreach. Willingness to meet deadlines and prioritize task while maintaining quality. Willing to travel extensively to branches located in rural, semi urban and urban regions. Excellent interpersonal skills to manage a large employee team, clients and various stakeholders. Computer skills as the job involves data analysis interpretation and presentation. Proper communication skills both verbal and written. Fluent in English, Hindi and preferably Bengali with reading/writing skills. Competitive and commensurate with experience, qualification and skills. ,
