Job Description

Executive-HR Kolkata, India View Truckhall looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Generalist with expertise in Talent Acquisition to implement a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development. Talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule Promote companys reputation as prefferred place to work 2. Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development 3. Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems. 4. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics 5. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
