    • Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal.
    • Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.
    • Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
    • Co-ordination with the candidates and clients.
    • Knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
