Global Solutions Architect, Partner TechnologiesPosting Location : Location Remote US MAPosting date 1 day ago(3/2/2021 3:42 AM)Category PreSales, Solution Architecture, Systems Engineering Job summary The Red Hat Telco Global Sales team is looking for a Global Solutions Architect with a record of successfully delivering business results in the telco network ecosystem to join us. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for increasing incremental revenue through technical and architectural alignment between Red Hat and our key industry verticals including telco operators, large enterprise customers in the transportation, mining, automotive, energy, and healthcare industries for Edge applications, infrastructure, and services for private 5G and radio access network (RAN). You must be highly technical to succeed in this customer-facing position, with significant knowledge and experience in deploying cloud and virtualization technologies and Red Hat products, and be capable of architecting full stack of end-to-end solutions including partner products. Excellent leadership, technical, and executive engagement skills are necessary in order to guide alignment across a wide range of Red Hat products and ecosystem stakeholders while representing Red Hat s global industry vertical business, including telco sector in support of Red Hat Sales, partner, and customer business needs. As a Global Solutions Architect, you must have experience in technical selling, competitive outlook, and understanding of the sales process, as well as a deep technical understanding of network architectures, Edge, and 5G deployment models. The role is based in the U.S., with preference in Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; or Dallas, TX. Extensive travel, up to 30% domestic and international, is a requirement.
