Department/Project: Head DigitalReporting to: CTOJob Purpose:Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the overall progress of all the digital initiatives, including ensuring cross-department coordination, vendor on-boarding and implementation scheduling, controlling deadlines and preparation of update reports for the senior management.Experience:- 10+ Years of experience in managing large scale transformation projects, preferably in manufacturing set-up- Prior experience and knowledge of Metal and Mining operations- Familiarity with change management principles and vendor evaluation processKey Accountabilities: - Change Impact Analysis- Accepts, prioritizes, and categorizes change requests- Conducts function and department specific analysis to identify key areas of intervention- Develops targeted interventions to ensure business goals are clearly communicated to all levels across the organization.- Drives user adoption of different digital platforms and technologies by conductingProject Planning and scheduling :- Work closely with project sponsors and process owners to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and budget for all the digital initiatives.- Ensure that required assistance is provided to the process owners to translate project objectives into functional targets- Ensure scoping takes into place both financial and technical considerations, including IT system coherence.- Ensure coordination between cross-project activities to avoid duplication of efforts.Project Monitoring and governance :- Develop program assessment protocols and project tracking template to monitor the progress of all initiatives- Ensure adherence to timelines in line with the scope and deliverables of each project.Executive-Level Reporting :- Provide accurate and timely reporting to the senior management in regards to the program status across the project lifecycle- Develop and report an escalation matrix in order to ensure timely reporting of any issuesRisk Assessment :- Work with project sponsors and process owners to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department- Perform root cause analysis of various delays/deviations and arrive on corrective action for the sameInnovation :- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with the TML workforce- Define and document big data best practices and data standardsAdditional Information:Skills & Competencies:- Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures- Ability to deal positively with stakeholders across different levels- Strong communication skillsKey Performance Indicators:- % Adherence to timelines- % Missed Milestones- % of Projects competed on time- % Budget Spent- Cost Variance (Planned Budget vs actual Budget)- Satisfaction level of project sponsors- %adherence to SLAsImportant:Preference: Female candidatesIdeally having experience in working with companies like Jindal, Vendanta, Srikalahasthi Electrosteel, Electroterm and Rashmi metaliks (Last priority)Key incumbent requirements :- Bachelors degree or Masters degree in business or related field- Preference to be given to PMP or CMP certified professionalsRequired Qualification:Graduation - Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.). in Other - Not Required Per/CGPANote: Bachelors degree or Masters degree in business or related field & Preference to be given to PMP or CMP certified professionalsMandatory Skills:Digital, Change Impact Analysis, Project Planning and scheduling, Project Monitoring and governance, Risk Assessment, large scale transformation projects, Metal and Mining operations, digital initiatives, cross-department coordination, vendor on-boarding, vendor evaluation, mining sector, technology leadershipAdditional Skills:Communication Skills, Executive-Level Reporting, innovation management, monitoring, coordination skills, pmp certification, cmp,
