Ensures updation of books of accounts in periodical manner taking care to see no errors and compliance to accounting standards.Vendor bill passing to ensure correct cost center allocation, account head debit, recoveries for TDS and others, RCM effect . In the event of any error rectification JV passed.Ensures all vendor invoices are updated in payments tracker and as per pay days. This is done to ensure timely payment of vendorsPrepares and submits monthly, quarterly , annual statements to Bank as per sanction termsTracks monthly , quarterly, halfyearly, annual filings by other team members for GST, ETDS etc.Prepares Salary JV for posting in Tally. Prepares monthly MIS and sends to analyst. Verifies monthly TDS , ST, PF, ESI and any other statutory remittance computations.Adhoc reports and correspondences ,if anyInteraction with internal, external Auditors. Audit co-ordination and GST legal team coordination.Daily cash verification and BRS verificationPeriodic book closure and contribution of data for MIS preparation.Validation of Cash flow Statements.Preparation of Variance Analysis for of MISBalance sheet finalissation .
