Job Description

Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesLooking for a curious hands-on experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our niche NEMO Analytics team. He/she will be working on telematics sensors data to bring in first of its kind predictive analytical solutions to enhance the future of mobility. He/ she will also have the opportunity to work on data products for Retail customers, Commercial vehicles, Battery Analytics, Charging Solutions, and Manufacturing.He/she must exhibit strong knowledge in data engineering, machine learning algorithms, and their working, data mining techniques, and statistical methods. He/she must possess good programming and design skills to manipulate unstructured and 3rd party datasets and be able to build prototypes that work on massive datasets with business relevance. He/she should be capable of applying business/domain knowledge to perform in-depth data analysis followed by modeling, validation and providing actionable insights. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Design, build, validate and deploy scalable predictive models & dashboards for our platform
• Work on automated analysis and ML pipeline
• Fast data analysis and prototyping
• Prepare appealing, informative presentations to communicate the results/analysis
• Build strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to establish the roadmap for the team, prioritize the most impactful work, and guide the team in solving ambiguous and complex problems.
• Lead the team to deliver strong business results and technology solutions by researching and building cutting edge, leverageable methodologies using causal inference, uplift modeling, experimentation, recommendation systems, applied machine learning, and explainability.

QualificationsBE/BTech/MTech/MS Computer ScienceGeneral Requirements

• Proven 12 or more years of experience in data analysis, building, and deploying optimized machine learning models with a significant impact on business.
• Proficiency in one or more Visualization like Tableau, PyDash, PowerBI.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, NoSQL, Pytorch, Spark.
• Should have experience working with large data sets structured and unstructured
• Experience with 3rd party/ open-source data sets is preferred
• Should be passionate to learn new technologies, quickly adapt to the domain, and understand the data beneath
• Experience with Cloud technologies AWS or Azure
• Proven projects using Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Explainable AI is a plus
