Job Description

  • Consolidation & Reporting for sales support:
    • Extract datas from BI systems, assist in building commercial reports & presentations (figures, graphs, formatting & editing documents ). E.g: sales reports to build pre-flash (business results), sales huddles (business opportunities), quarterly/budget presentations, forecasts
    • Prepare general analyses of the business performance (such as price, volume targets)
      • Produce monthly sales KPI (such as order book, book to bill)
      • Interprets data accurately and provide your actionable insights to Business analysts
  • Produce detailed reports on products, clients for profitability analysis or segmentation for instance
  • Master Data Stewardship :
    • Identify incorrect, inaccurate or irrelevant datas in the BI or coming for ERP systems ; Modify or delete dirty data to resolve data integrity issues
    • Participate in Group projects on IT automatization projects of data management
  • Commercial incentive Bonus plan : Calculation of the commercial metrics each quarter and of the annual payout
  • Interaction with: Sales, Marketing, Technical support, Finance, Demand planning, Commercial excellence, IT Teams
Education & Experience:
  • Master s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Management or MBA
  • First experience with quantitative work (data analysis & data management), with dashboards & reports
  • Experience of working in multinational teams, across geographies, with a preference in the industrial environnement. Be able to work well independently and with the broader team
  • Numerical, logical reasoning and analytical skills. Advocate for data integrity
  • High level of attention to detail and follow through
  • Business acumen and problem solving skills
  • Flexibility in working approach and capacity of delivering within short deadlines.
  • Curiosity for new subjects
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to quickly adapt to IT tools like CRM (Sales Force), ERP (SAP etc), Business Intelligence tools (Qlikview, Qliksense) and other data tools
  • Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite / Google sheets/Excel
  • Languages: Fluent in English ; Any additional language is a plus
