(M & E comprises of Electrical, DG, AC, FF, Plumbing and other technical systems) Reporting to: Facility Engineer / supervisor / F E / AFMMeeting all Service Level Agreements (SLA)To Ensure the Client Service Satisfaction Level.Meeting all statuary & regulatory requirements at site.Liaisoning with Vendor as per the instruction of Facility engineer / Facility Manager to attend the complaints of Equipment for Repairing and rectification.Duties & Responsibilities Report for work at right time. Put in & out time with signature in attendance register kept in the Maintenance Room.Carry out daily check as per checklist and ensure that all sheets are getting verified by the Facility Engineer or Manager.Check M& E system thoroughly for its physical condition.Take over the system from previous MST or specific Technician in writing.Check all M & E system daily at the beginning of the shift in presence of Existing technician. Put signature in handing over taking over register.Depute your helper for cleaning and other job with proper instruction. In case of cooling tower cleaning, give cleaning procedure sheet to helper. Your supervision is essential during this activity.After completion of cooling tower cleaning, run pump for 10 minutes and check proper water flow in cooling tower.Check and operate the system as per operating instructions.Maintain properly the log sheets for the system that is being attended by you during the particular shift.Keep your premises neat and clean.For any abnormality in the system, inform Shift or Site Engineer and rectify. Be alert in System operation.Ensure the daily log sheet and check lists are being filled up and verified.Follow the safety norms of EHS, Ladder management, Chemical management, LOTO,Ladder management, work permit system etc.Ensure that you are familiar with all The M & E system and associated panelsKeep Facility Engineer up date by giving feed backs on all above points for smooth running of site / Facility.Undertake other tasks allotted by the Facility Engineer.Ensure contingency plan are well understood and kept ready to be put in action when needed.Employee Specification & Key Competencies: Good at Man Management & Customer HandlingSound Job Related Knowledge.Strong Customer Service focusExcellent people management skillsPC literacy and ability to manage daily activities using various systems.Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable.,
