Job Description

Hiring for Aread Business Head the candidates applying should bear following essential qualifications

  1. ABH role involves team handling responsibilities & is a crucial position, its imperative that you focus onqualityof profiles rather than quantity.
  2. All other terms and conditions will remain unchanged as per agreement / addendum.
  3. Since these are ABH profiles, the below experience is compulsory:
Mandatory Experience
  1. Team handling experience of at least 2 years and above.
  2. Bancassurance field sales experience of atleast 6 years.
Team Handling for FLS with their job duties
  • Work on leads provided by Call centers/Internet and convert them.
  • Outfield call and is mandatory, however there will be managers support.
  • Cross selling of the product
  • Work with customers in the long term as their Relationship Manager.
  • Acting as a team player and reporting the number of applications logged in for the business every day to the reporting manager without fail
  • Work closely with team on leads
  • Allocate and manage leads for team
  • To be responsible for individual team members and overall team targets.
  • Responsible for Quality of Business and Persistency.
  • Work on leads provided by call centers/Internet and convert them.
  • 100% lead support
