Roles and ResponsibilitiesPurpose of the RoleTo drive excellence in delivering high quality training that follows company methodology, and matches to the skills required by the corporate clientsStructureReporting toBU HeadSpanN/AINDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIESKey DeliverablesArranging tie ups with corporates for OJT (150 Hrs) as per students Location & Job Role Handling and Resolving day to day operations & issues regarding students in OJTJob ResponsibilityEnsure that OJT targets are met for each of the students Own the relationship with the corporate clients and drive the OJT process Maintain Individual student wise Mapping for OJT Companies & Locations Attend Internship Meetings with Students arranged by ASAP Coordinate with TM, Students, SDC PM and Company SPOC for smooth Joining and execution of Internship Collection of Internship report cards and completion of documentation regarding OJT Track all placements on Elite accurately Collaborate with the Training Manager to understand the student profilesApproach- Successfully articulate and promote the differentiators and brand value of EduBridge graduates.- Developing an in-depth understanding of the job market & student expectations in the Region- Building good and strong relationships with clients- Build transparency with students throughout the placements processCollaborationKey Shared Accountabilities- Driving Placements closure- Managing and Servicing Client ExpectationsCollaboratorsTraining ManagerEXPECTED SKILLS & COMPETENCIESEducation QualificationGraduate in any discipline or PG (MBA is preferred)Prior Work ExperienceExperience of at least 4-6 years with proven track record or an MBA Fresher Must be passionate to work for Urban-Rural Development Must have exposure of working in a distributed setup.
