    • Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
    • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Configure and install network devices/services routers, switches, load balancers, VPN, QoS,VRF,WIFI 2 24/7 support 3 Perform network maintenance and system code upgrades, patches 4 Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning 6 Level-2/3 support for Maintenance and troubleshooting 7 Work within established configuration and change management policies 8 Coordination with vendor/ISP
        • Technical Experience : 1 Routing and Switching experience with Cisco IOS and NX-OS Cisco 2900, 3900, ASR, 3750, 4500, 6500, Nexus 2k/5k/7k/9k 2 load balancer implementation experience F5,AVI 3 Excellent understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols BGP and OSPF 4 Excellent understanding of VLAN, SVI, STP, VDC, VPC 5 Understanding of WAN OPTIMIZERS and WIFI technologies
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 2 Must be able to work independently or as a contributing member to the team 3 Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills 4 Ability to multitask and prioritize workload 5 Customer oriented temperament
        • Educational Qualification : CCNA/CCNP Routing/Switching; Certification in F5;
      • Additional Information : 1 4-5 years experience in a network environment as a network engineer 2 Cisco certification
