Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Should develop good knowledge and understanding of the products
Responsible to handle product incidents raised by customer
Coordinate with Customer to collect problem details and logs
Use troubleshooting debugging techniques and tools to analyze the problems
Engage development teams for issues that need resolution through code fixes
Prepare and present report of incidents to the management periodically
Should be flexible to work in different shifts
Support priority product issues in customer environment during off hours
Provide On-call support during the weekends

Desired Candidate Profile :

Strong understanding of IGA (Identity, Governance and Administration). Hands on Experience with one or more of the of IGA Products will be an added advantage (ISIM, Sailpoint, IGI, Oracle IDM etc)
Sound understanding of Middleware components IIS, Database- MSSQL
Good programming and scripting skills such as JavaScript, PowerShell, VB Script etc.
