Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Accurately proofread and mark up financial statements, documents, and proposals using proper business English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Maintain consistent formatting and language based on our firm s templates, standards and styles. Foot and cross- foot financial statements (check the math). Make word processing corrections and changes Position requirements: Bachelor s degree required; English major preferred. Minimum one- year experience in a document production environment, preferably in financial field Excellent writing abilities and communication skills; proficiency in American grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Knowledge of proofreading marks and editing practices Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe Acrobat (PDF files); willingness to learn Caseview. Strong basic math skills Attention to detail, adherence to procedures and policies Flexibility to work overtime hours as required Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects, meet deadlines.,
