Job Code : GCI-09A Job Title / Position : QA/QC Engineer Department : Construction QA/QC Educational Qualifications : Graduate / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) Technical / Subject Knowledge :Preperation & implementation of Quality concept, plans, procedure, ITP for packages, static & rotary equipment, piping , structural works. Good knowledge on International, National codes and Statutory requirements ( ASME, ISO, PED, IS , IBR etc). Internationally recognised certification in Welding, NDT, QMS audit. Knowledge of EPC function and interfaces in complex project in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, ASU plants. Good knowledge and experience in MS office and other Quality/Welding/NDT Management softwares. Knowledge on Mechanical Completion.Skill Sets :Key Role & Responsibility :Implementation of QMS, Quality plans, procedure and ITPs. Responsible for improving KPIs. Emphasis on fail prevention. Leading the QA/QC team of sub-contractors for the project quality objective. Support to Construction team at site and at HO. Support to HSE.Soft Skills :Positive attitude, very good communication skill, logical and analytical analysis capability, solution oriented, team player.Experience Bracket : 10 to 15 Years Team Size Handled : 1 to 5,
