Communicate courteously with our existing customers and provide all the relevant information to their queries. Customer retention and renewal of membership by providing effective customer support services. Productivity: Monitor call quality and ensure Sales Conversion ratio as per the target Escalation & Customer Relations Management: Responsible to take all customer calls and ensure excellent customer service levels. Feedback: Provide daily feedback to the superior and help them building better performance for the organization.
