Job Description

MUST HAVES

3-5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
Understands best practices for web development and software design, and relishes opportunities to transform complex, legacy codebases into robust, scalable, and maintainable systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

NICE TO HAVES

Basic familiarity with using Docker
Familiarity with building APIs with Grape
Prior client services, consulting, or freelancing experience
Experience working in a remote team
