Job Description

    Job Role: Sales ExecutiveJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a variety of vehicles to customers by demonstrating product features, providing information on financing options, and negotiating prices to close deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a strong knowledge of automobiles and industry trends, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet customers, listen to their needs and preferences, and demonstrate available vehicles
    • Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and performance
    • Offer financing options and negotiate pricing to close sales
    • Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
    • Keep up to date with industry trends, new products, and competitors
    • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information
    • Collaborate with the marketing and advertising team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
    • Attend training and professional development sessions to stay up to date on products, sales techniques, and best practices
    Requirements:
    1. Graduate; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
    2. Proven B2C sales experience preferably from Automobiles, Hospitality, Aviation, Insurance, Banking & other service industries
    3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
    4. Strong knowledge of automobiles, industry trends, and financing options
    5. Ability to negotiate and close deals
    6. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
    7. Good organizational and time management skills
    8. Valid drivers license and clean driving record
