        • Key Responsibilities : 1: Working on SAP HR and integration solutions 2: Working on both SAP HR Payroll and Benefits 3: Working knowledge of Benefits interfaces 4: Drive the project as per given milestone 5: Must be Good in reporting about the project progress
        • Technical Experience : 1 Should have minimum 3 years experience in SAP HCM Module like Personnel administration, organization management 2 To handle independently with users issue end to end and update the status to Onshore lead timely manner 4 Co-ordinate with cross team effectively to resolve the HR issues quickly
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Able to drive independently 2 Should be flexible 3 Strong analytical, inter personal communication skills 4 Must possess impeccable communication skills, both in verbal and in written form 5 Proficient in identifying, analyzing and solving problems 6 Client facing experience
      • Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of full time education
