Job Description

    Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) is seeking professionals who can play a pivotal role in thefinance function to support its multiple projects across locations. After making a mark in an extensive Lok Sabha election campaign and assembly election campaigns across Bihar in 2015, Punjab & Uttar Pradesh in 2017, Andhra Pradesh in 2019 and West Bengal & Tamil Nadu in 2021. I-PAC is now gearing up for the upcoming National Elections. If you are interested in making meaningful contribution and want to experience it from close quarters, then read on! Your responsibilities will include: - As a Financial Analyst, he/she is expected to help in improving the financial status of the company by various means in order to improve profitability and cost benefit analysis of the business- They are also expected to provide financial analysis, variance analysis & reporting with regard to Actual vs Budget, & analysis of expense trends- Perform comprehensive analysis of companys performance encompassing revenue, variable costs, fixed overheads, working capital management, cash flow and balance sheet movements- Demonstrate personal accountability for delivering quality and timely work collaborating with teams of Finance, HR and Admin- Independently do and complete various ad-hoc analysis requested by the management- Responsible for designing and implementation of financial controls- Overseeing benefits and compensation packages Qualification and Preferences: - Bachelors degree in any stream- Full Time MBA/PGDM in Finance from Top Tier - I&II Institutes- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience Core Competencies Required: - Personal integrity and the ability to keep client and company confidences- Excellent Interpretational & Communication skills- written, oral & presentation- Ability to drive continuous improvement in business and financial process- Ability to deliver knowledge sessions- Flexibility to Travel,
