Skill Set: Costing, Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Business Optimisation Experience: 15 Years of experience as a financial analyst or CPA/ CFA with substantial exposure to capital intensive sectors (iron steel, power, oil gas, etc.), formal Finance training at the university level (an MBA in Finance desirable), deep modelling experience in Excel, experience making executive presentations to Senior Management are required. An Engineering Degree in Metallurgy or Mech E is a plus, but not required. To succeed in this role, and interest in understanding steel making processes and translating that into financial metrics of efficiency and profitability for owners is a must,
