* Duties and Responsibilities - Constant engagement with credit card partner BFL IT team and BFL product team to build new capabilities to drive frictionless credit card processes. Manage enhancements and capabilities on internal app ecosystem. Create new capabilities for customer acquisition through multiple channels and design customer experience. Define the logics to design new system built/capability End to end development from proof of concept to delivery and testing of developments. Taking new initiatives to market which would require training and monitoring of matrices to measure success of initiatives. Evaluate potential impact on revenue/increase productivity of any system change. Understanding of current processes and propose refinement from time to time. Liaising with IT team for development & closure of new projects. Create reports functionality for the capability Direct IT team in building API basis brand guidelines Liaising with multiple stakeholders for requirement closure and delivery of projects like Risk Operations Business Marketing Legal & compliance customer service Data science & BIU. , * a) Functional understanding of Salesforce or similar platform Web & App, Integrations through APIs, Mobile Apps, Databases, System integrations would be highly preferred. b) Hands-on experience in business analysis, project management, UAT and deployments. c) Capable of interacting with Teams and field members. d) Should be capable of understanding field issues and convert them into actionable and improvements. e) MBA with engineering background or MCA with 3-4 years of experience or Graduate (Engineering or BCA) with 6+ years of experience. f) Work experience with reputed Bank/Financial Institution in Consumer Finance is preferred. g) Go getter, Positive attitude and team player.
