We required Senior Resident/ Assistant Professor/Associate Professor (All Departments) for mci approved oldest medical colleges.Location- West BengalDesired Candidate ProfileDescription/responsibilitiesWill be responsible for academic activities for medical students for Ug, and Pg graduates in medical college. Good knowledge with adequate experience as per norms.Organizing teaching / training of UG/PG students / other staff, of the department They will be responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of their respective departments/Patient care unitsEducational Qualifications -ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AS PER NMC NORMSThe qualification and experience for the above post is as per the Norms and Regulations of NMC/MCIThe candidates having a recognized Medical Qualification, MD/MS and Three years teaching experience as Associate Professor in the concerned speciality in Medical College. 2 Research Publication during the tenure of Associate Professor

• Good communication skills.
• Candidates should have an excellent academic record, good communication skills and a demonstrated ability to carry out original and creative research
• Teaching & training Undergraduate (MBBS) Medical students including Interns/ Postgraduate Medical students so as to achieve the Educational Objectives i.e. to develop their knowledge, skills & attitude.
• Teach residents and students during their rotation to their patient care unit
• To perform all such duties [under the Statutory provisions of Medical College
• Organizing teaching/training of PG students / other staff, of the department
