  • Introducing AP Bath Products to various Large users like Architects, Builders, Govt / PSU sets and achieve the sales Nos through the allotted project sales team members.
  • Adopt Key Account builders and train them on APL Bath Division products to convert to complete APL account
  • through regular on-site product briefings and sampling, presentation to key stakeholders etc.
  • Identification and development of a pool of plumbing contractors through various means and Professional Training for the identified set of stake holders and their team of Site plumbers with rigor and effectiveness
  • Lesioning with focus Depts. of Govt authorities for AP Bath Products approval in Govt Specs.
  • Developing a strong connect between AP Bath Div and Civil Construction Cos by introduction of all ranges of AP Bath products through various presentations, product briefing sessions to generate sales .
  • Developing a strong connect with Govt Plumbing contractors in the assigned geography to generate sales from Govt Sites.
  • Compliance to initiatives and activations plan around various segments and influencers
  • Percentage coverage of contractors under various training programs
