  • Responsible for installation and configuration of TSM v 5.x, 6.x,7.x, 8.x Master Server, Media Server, and Clients across various Operating System platforms
  • Install and configure TSM v 6.x,v7.x and 8.x T on and migration TSM Master, Media and Clients on UNIX, Windows and Linux environments
  • Upgrade TSM for all UNIX, Linux and Windows
  • Implement clustering mechanism to lower the administrative tasks
  • Work on Client-Server architecture for one-to-one and one to many connections

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in M&EM environment
  • Hands on experience with ITM6 , APM 8 and ITCAM Agents
  • Install, configure and manage ITM core components(TEMS, TEPS, TDW etc.) ,OS agents and ITCAM Agents
  • Proficiency with IBM GSMA Architecture knowledge
  • Good hands on experience on writing situations and create new custom Agents with agent Builder as per Customer requirements
  • Customizing and meeting Operations teams requirements
  • Integration scenario knowledge with Event Management system (Netcool suite of products)
  • Proficiency with Operating Systems such as UNIX (Solaris, Linux, AIX etc.) and Windows.
  • Proficiency with various scripting and coding methods such as PERL/CGI, Shell/Batch, XML, SQL.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Knowledge of application dependency mapping and business service management
  • Analyse and research options for interfaces with exiting external systems.
  • Participate in architectural planning for service management and service assurance.
  • Need to involve in solution testing, debugging, and refinements to produce the required end-product.
  • Capable of preparing program-level, user-level documentation on an as-needed-basis.
  • Provide and receive technical direction as required to ensure program deadlines are met.
  • Experience working with and understanding of Enterprise Management systems and processes is desired.
  • ITIL V3.0 Foundation certified
