      • Key Responsibilities : A: Responsible for administration and maintenance of highly available enterprise ServersB: Monitor performance, errors, and warnings on Linux systemsC: Troubleshoot performance problems and propose short term fixes and long-term solutionsD: Refresh data from one environment to another at the request of the application development staffE: Follow, maintain, and produce in-house documentation for repeatable processesF: Follow ITIL practices for Change Management
      • Technical Experience : A: Experience in Installation, Configuration and Administration tasks in Linux Preferably on SUSEB: Good understanding HTTP, DNS, TCP IP, the OSI Model, Networking, and Load BalancingC: Experience in handling NFS or CIFS, SFTP, Samba protocolD: Deep knowledge about Linux boot processE: Should have Linux Server Patching knowledgeF: Good Knowledge on Unix File System Management, File Permissions, Performance MonitoringF: Knowledge of scriptingG: Experience in Public Cloud Azure, AWS, GCP
      • Professional Attributes : Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision Flexible to work in 24x7 shift
