Key responsibilitiesAs the Feature Team Lead you will work closely with the project team on the following key tasks: Ensuring upcoming Identity features have appropriate implementation designs allowing the teams to commit to delivery; including component and external interface sketch designs Ensuring the product has an appropriate technical roadmap to support future enhancement and maintain a reasonable cost of future change Appropriately embracing new and emerging technologies and solutions to ensure that the product remains relevant Forming strong and trusted relationship with the Product Owner; ensuring that the Product Owner is fully aware of the technical capabilities and shortcomings of the product allowing for sensible technical investment and debt repayment decisions Build strong collaborative relationships with developers, architects, network architects and partners. Influencing the Product Delivery Lead to ensure that the team is appropriately designed, size and staffed accordingly Drive agile thinking and ways of working to maximise collaboration and value creation Increase release cadence and quality through automated delivery pipeline implementation; focusing on the reduction of time to value while minimising defect leakage Work across teams to define efficient solutions and implementation strategies to create highly cohesive implementation across products Contribute to architectural discussions, influence architectural outcomes Mentor more junior staff in Identity solutions; including testing techniques Leverage your experience with one or more of prior IAM governance implementation experience (e.g. SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager, Saviynt, CA, IBM) Implement Identity architecture to securely manage the identity lifecycle including user authentication and authorisation for on-premise and cloud solutions. Work with the Product Solution Architect in order to understand and deliver on the Identity technology roadmap Develop deployment and implementation methodology and standards consistent with vendor best practices Evaluate Identity integration requirements ensuring adherence to security standards and information security policies. Provide Identity subject matter expertise for business and oversee technical project teams ensuring the recommended solution and architecture meets requirements. Research and follow industry trends around Identity and provide recommendations that influence our strategic plans. Assist as required in scope definition, technical viability scoping and best practice solution design to meet the requirements Assist in and where appropriate review, the estimation, time and cost of a specific solution design Attending to both business and technical considerations when designing solutions Demonstrating interest in improving the company s technical awareness, depth and use of technology across the business. Participating in the evolution of company level best practices, standards, and policies as it related to software development. Ability to communicate with business and stakeholders on all levelsShow More We are looking forTechnical skills A minimum of 10+ years experience in implementing Identity solutions Experience with working on large scale global teams Very Strong Identity conceptual knowledge & product awareness Familiarity with the integration, configuration, deployment and architecture of Identity solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Roles entitlement & Separation of Duties (SoD),Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, Privileged Account Management (PAM) Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) & Attribute Based Access Controls (ABAC); 5+ years of experience in working in a Hybrid Multi-cloud, Multi-tenant environment including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory LDAP service, shell scripting, Certificate services (PKI) Strong understanding of access policies, enterprise-wide policy enforcement Strong knowledge of CI/CD including ansible Strong knowledge of cloud such as Microsoft Azure Strong knowledge and of experience architecting complex large-scale systems incorporating packaged and custom applications; Experience with highly available mission critical software applications Knowledge of Event or Service based systems Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements Knowledge of modern technologies e.g. REST API, microservices, kubernetes, CI/CD Experience with agile/iterative software development methodologies,
