Responsibilities and Duties1. The selected candidates would be responsible for assisting Customs & Excise Departments, CONCOR, Port Authorities, Importers, Exporters, Transporters, Shipping Liners, etc. with the functioning of the application, website troubleshooting, on-site support at the time of sealing.2. Dashboard monitoring to track and trace the container movements, maintain device inventory, and update report sheets in excel.Qualifications:1. Diploma (preferably in Electronics & Communication) in technical field.2. ITI (Electrical/ Electronics & Telecommunication) with 2 years of experience2. Should have effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and self-starter in nature.Skills and Criteria:1. Fresher or Minimum 2/3 years of experience preferably in electronic and communication or any technical field2. Good understanding of the Logistics, Import-Export, and Transport industries.3. Good with consumer and regulatory interface for sales and marketing purposes (customer query handling, mail communication, and on-site assistance to customers).4. Willing to work 24*7 as per the roster and visit different project sites as per requirement.Salary Range:1. For Fresher- 13K in hand2.
