Matrimonial Concept Demonstration and Sales , strong customer handling & problem solving ability , telemarketing , telesales.Should be B.Sc / B. Com / BA / PGDM with minimum 3 Years work experience with at least 2 years in handling independent profit centre operations preferably in Matrimony Industry under front line matrimonial Companies. Apart from that , Education / Telesales / BPO / Insurance / Customer Care experiences will also be considered. Candidates from MATRIMONY INDUSTRY background will be entertained with an added advantage for the above said position. Should be well versed with Computer Skills and Surfing. A strong sense in Business , Sales and Marketing operation will be preferred. Excellent Communication skill , presentation skill , customer managing skill , team handling skill is required. Job Details: To manage a team of 10 12 Relationship Managers. Centre Head must define the processes; take care of the profit centre , business & team members. The person should be good in sales , relationship management with customers and administration. To take care and ensure minimum business and call number , quality of calling & numbers , service module & feedback each and every day. Must ensure the branch target , good quality service delivery and reporting system quite efficiently.,
