Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings from Reliance Home Finance Company!Job Title: Regional Collections ManagerLocation: KolkataExperience: min 6 Yrs.CTC: 15 LPA

  • To review Product wise delinquency parameters such as 60+ POS, 90+ POS, NCL, roll rates, lagged delinquency parameters against targets.
  • To collect Penal charges & Penal interest as per the targets.
  • To review all 60+ cases, non-starters, skips, fraudulent cases with regards to action taken, progress made and ensure visit to all critical 60+ cases.
  • Visit the agencies, meet the proprietor, take exhaustive feedback from the agency employees regarding support provided, review performance against case allocated.
  • Review all exception cases where legal notices are not send, properties not possessed, non-allocation of cases to skip agencies, non filing of legal cases as per the laid policy.
  • Review all legal cases with lawyers.
  • Review all the cases where repo order has been issued to the agencies before 30 days.
  • Review progress made by skip tracking agencies and update the system
  • Review usage of system, update status cards, allocate cases as per allocation logic or allocate cases manually.
