Urgent Opportunity in Jharkhand with a leading retail company for the position ofSr Store Manager. (Lodging+Fooding provided by company)Job Location - Jharkhand-

  • Increase standards of customer service.
  • Grievance Handling / Recruitment.
  • Manpower management of the stores.
  • Sales promotional activities.
  • Provide training and development for staff.
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis.
  • Developing store strategies to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
  • Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Engage in Visual Merchandising & effectively display of products
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs etc
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
