    • Responsible for technical support to I&C team ensuring rollout completion as per agreed schedule
    • Provide all documentation to I&C team like NDD Monitor I&C activities and provide installation, commissioning, ATP testing guidelines to I&C teams.
    • Evaluate field technical issues and give solution to I&C teams on real time basis.
    • Monitor ATP progress and coordinate with field teams for any support in completing ATP.
    • Report unsolved technical issues to Technical Support Team/TPM for resolution.
    • Follow up for needed solutions and communicate with I&C teams for implementation of the given solution.
    • Track Tools and Testers movement and allocation to I&C teams as per project schedule
    • Coordinate with logistics team for buffer material replenishment in respective circles.
    • Trigger for changes wrt to NDD to NHQ so that redline NDD can be prepared
    The candidate must have the following.
    • Working experience in Installation, commissioning & acceptance testing of Nokia SDH, DWDM & PTN equipments
    • Thorough knowledge of SDH, DWDM and OTN technologies
    • Knowledge of Standard Installation practices
    The following experience would be an additional advantage
    • Exposure to network synchronization and DCN
    • Working knowledge on NMS
    • Strong execution & problem solving skills
    • Train Field Resources and vendor teams
