Role Summary/Purpose
The Authorized Legal Representative would be responsible for Pre Post Litigation Legal Cases, should be energetic as well should possess problem solver approach, Candidate should assist with Legal expertise and experience to collect on chronic delinquent accounts
Essential Responsibilities
1.Manage Decentralized filing at Lucknow location.
2.Manage Arbitration Award execution for Uttar Pradesh region.
3.Enhance Recovery through Alternate Legal low cost tools.
4.To handle Police escalations
5.To Handle Mantralay, Crime Branch, Police, CID, CBI, matters
6.To liaison with Law firms and collection team and assist to recover on chronic delinquent accounts
7. To Arrange Conciliation and Lokadalat camps for delinquent accounts for amicable settlements of delinquent customers
8.To have Good communication skills and people management skills
9.To Manage Law firms, and do regular Audits, should comply with Court and business processes
LLB with around 3- 4 years of experience in Legal Collections Should possess strong analytical and execution skills along with demonstrated ability to identify root causes and evaluate alternative solutions; implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively with fact- based decisions Strong communication and interpersonal skills with evidence of teamwork and collaboration. JD (or equivalent) with active bar membership; Candidates having relevant Legal Collection experience in the respective market would be preferred.
