The role will allow you to be part of the strategy formulation process and execute the business operations. We believe that the brightest minds in the country should solve the toughest problem statements which have the potential to cause massive disruption.About the CandidateThe ideal candidate should have 0 to 7 years of work experience in at least a mid-sized start-up, consulting or strategic planning related work. The candidate should have a minimum degree from any Tier 1 academic institution with high proficiency in problem- solving and communication skills. The candidate should also possess excellent data analysis skills and ability to propose practical and out of the box solutions for issues. The candidate should have a passion to get desired results and create impact.Roles and Responsibilities:-- Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan and optimize business processes- Lead daily operations and deliver on strategy and operational plans- Scale business operations to other geographies as and when required- Drive continuous improvements in the business models by tracking core business metrics related to the operations and improving the efficiency of the business operations- Efficiently manage multiple projects by monitoring progress and ensure completion within planned timelines with high quality output- Establish high standards of the performance by ensuring proper compliance of the set processes and protocols- Advise product teams on the feasibility of the products throughout the product life cycle- Help with recruiting operations and oversee new employee training programs- Identify and pursue cost reduction opportunities in Business Operations for improving the P&LSkills:-- Graduation/ Post Graduation/ MBA/ PGDM in any discipline,
