Responsibilities Heading the Production & Operations of Dayal feed business. Making important policy, planning and strategy decisions.Process Improvement Analyzing and approving yearly functional Budget for Cattle/Aqua Units. Proficiency in Material Planning, production planning, maintenance function and Quality Assurance. Sound understanding of the industrial standards, ISO procedures, Quality Management Techniques and Total Productive Maintenance. Vendor selection for Equipment, Civil, Fire hydrant system, Boiler etc, PMC selection, and process flow confirmation Taking updates from the team, reviewing the progress and providing inputs for timely completion. Ensuring all legal and statutory requirements, compliance with local laws and regulations. Working with senior stakeholders to determine plans for long term and short term goals. Assisting HR for finalizing manpower budget, recruitment planning and optimizing the KRA at various levels in production function. Coordination with Research and Development Lead for quality and improving the same wherever it is required. Continuously raise the team performance to best in class levels and create a culture of high accountability. Driving process excellence initiatives like 5S, TPM at ALL units. Identifying the development needs of the team and providing input for development and growth.Requirements Proven work experience as a Plant Manager Proven managerial experience Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources) Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory , Computer literacy Ability to create accountability and to lead by example Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills ,
