Job Description

    manager - terminal design in lucknowPosition: Manager Architecture Location: Lucknow Purpose:Support asset team Head of design in delivery of various design assignments and lead design delivery for assigned role. The role ensure team work, time, cost and quality management. Design is essential component of any construction and it manages design will ensure timely delivery of design to the construction team so that project goals can be met. Responsibilities: Design Management: - Participate and support in design development both by others and in-house. Running independently design modules from Concept to Completion with consultant and contractor teams. Supporting design support to construction team. Design document management and reporting. Procurement Support: create WBS and packages list. Identify and potential vendors and support procurement with packages, BOQ and TORs for procurement. After appointment of contractor managing delivery by the contractor to get job done in time, of required quality and within cost. On Site design support: Provide necessary design documents for construction. Co-ordinate with contractors for review of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings. Lead quality control by setting up mock up and benchmarking protocols. Requirement:B.Arch or M.Arch with 10-15 years of experience in Architecture and Design Industry with at least 5 yearsof Airport Experience. skillsairport, Terminal qualificationB.Arch,
