Job Description

We are hiring for our Marketing offices in Delhi/NCR, Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj, & Gorakhpur, as we have an urgent job opening for the position of Marketing-Admin profile at our Offices. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging internal and external marketing communications strategies and sales targets.FRESHERS DO NOT APPLYJob Description

  • Product launch & Selling should be key strength areas of candidate
  • Maintains marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities
  • Need to develop and maintain channel Sales Network ( Distributor/ Dealer ). Experience in direct interaction with Retailers and Distributors.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Create successful Marketing opportunities and work on its implementation.
  • Research & develop strategies to identify business opportunities in the Market.
  • Monitor and analyze Sales & Marketing activities against Targeted Goals.
  • Assessing staff performance and take necessary actions to get maximum efficiency
  • Monitor costs and expenses
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Graduate from a reputed university with relevant experience. MBA( HR/ Marketing) will be an advantage
  • Experience: 5-8 years (FMCG sector preferred)
  • Should be comfortable to travel in any city and flexible for area relocation as per the companys requirement.
  • Smart & quick learner with excellent communication skills (Hindi| English)
  • candidate should be a local resident for the city he /she is applying for
  • Salary will be based on working experience
