Job Description

Hiring Branch Sales Manager for multiple locations in North :Current Accounts : Jammu , Shimla , Zirakpur , Karnal, Rohtak, Patiala , Phagwara.Saving Accounts : Ambala , Mohali , Karnal, Shimla , Ludhiana.

Responsible for achieving the allocated targets pertaining to Current Account or Saving Account through his team,.
Guide and Mentor the team members.
Manage portfolio of acquired customers, relationship building, value chain evaluation and deepening of relationships on Current
Profiling clients which further aid in cross selling of other bank products and services.
Initiates identification and development of new business segments and geographical areas to generate business opportunities.
Ensures adherence processes and policies and daily activity goals assigned.
Understands customer requirements and advises them objectively.
Train and share knowledge with his team members on all products and processes.
