Roles and ResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilities :Planning and executing collection program on a month on month basis to achieve collection efficiency target.Monitor the collections team performance periodicallyDevising appropriate collection route maps for the collection staffIntercede with the team Leader on behalf of the team and supervise the team with regards to all the areas concern to achieve collection target efficiencyContacting customers on regular basis for avoiding flow of the case from soft collections to legalMaintaining and building long-term customer bondPrepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to team leaderCoach, facilitate, solve problem and participate in the work of teamReport team leader periodically on team and individual work achievements, problem and progress in mastering task.
