Job Description

*Objectives of the Position

  • Support Technical Service as required by the Regional Sales and Technical Marketing Teams for Coating products.
  • Exercise a high level of good housekeeping and Health and Safety Awareness within the Lab and encourage others to do the same.
  • Test & Report on New Product Development in Coatings including transfer of technology.
Main Tasks
  • Lead & Develop the associated group
  • Development of New Colors, shades, product as per requirements from Mktg for ECO- West Customer & extend support for fulfilling the set targets.
  • Standardization of New Products at bulk level and @ customer line along with to providing required support to resolve line issues.
  • Interaction with Global team for New Projects, Concall.
  • Co coordinating between SCM, Production, TS & other pier teams for smooth line the functions.
  • Ensure Development Report & Monthly report.
  • To ensure EHS and RC compliance at work place.
  • Cost Reduction of existing product to achieve overall organization target
