Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob Title: Instrumentation EngineerCompany: Leading Pharma API Company in Mangalore Location Designation: ManagerReporting to: Head Engineering No. of Positions: 1Division: API Bulk DrugsDepartment: Engineering Location: Mangalore LocationQualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Instrumentation/Electrical & Electronics)Years of Experience: 15 to 20 YearsSalary Range: 20 to 25 LPA Contact Person:Mr.Zabi MogalMobile: ********** Email ID: ****@bvrpc.comJob Purpose:To take the responsibility of Instrumentation activities in the API Manufacturing Unit.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Involve in the Maintenance activities of the Manufacturing unit
  2. Involve in various new Projects, and Modification activities of the unit
  3. Operation and Maintenance of Distribution Control System, EMS, BMS and various Automation / Control systems
  4. Planning and execution of calibration and validation activities wherever applicable in co-ordination with users
  5. Inventory control and planning of Instrumentation materials, spares and consumables and follow up with the Supply Chain Management
  6. Planning and implementation of cost reduction initiatives
  7. To prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets
  8. Responsible to follow and ensure cGMP and safety standards
  9. Investigation of root causes of repeated problems and initiating corrective and preventive actions
  10. Verification of bills submitted by service providers / contractors/ vendors
  11. To plan for men and materials economically and efficiently
  12. Modifications to be made time to time according to the process requirements.
  13. To ensure the effective execution of various AMC s
  14. Handling of QMS documents like change control, deviation and CAPA
  15. To prepare shift schedules of the engineers & technicians
  16. Operation and maintenance of all electrical related equipment s of process, utilities, Fire Alarm system, CCTV, Door Access Control System, EPBX, telephones
  17. Vendor Management.
  18. Audit preparations
  19. Innovation, out of the box thinking, enhancing the healthy atmosphere at workplace.
  20. Ready to serve the company at any given point of time as demanded by the roll without restrictions.
