Job Description

Position Project Manager / Site Engineer Function Head / Manager / Sr. Manager Qualification B.E / B. Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architect / Structural engineering, knowledge of Auto CAD / design software and Project Management is preferred Mangalore / Bangalore Experience 10+ years of experience in real estate development, civil construction, site work management, construction project management Responsibility

  • Project Management - Planning / scheduling, monitoring, tracking of project and delivering results as per the set project objectives and guidance
  • Prepare and implement work strategies, processes, time schedule, prepare work packages, material procurement process
  • Sub contracting, identify suitable contractors, work assignments with set deliverables, timeline and cost budget, claim checking
  • Monitoring day to day operations of work at various site, problem solving, implement improvement measures
  • Manpower planning, productivity analysis, resource management
  • Project risk management, risk mitigation measures, cost effective analysis
  • Exposure on conceptualizing and designing of residential civil structures, prepare drawings for subcontracting
  • Knowledge of regulatory norms for land development / real estate development is added advantage.
  • Establish policy, process, procedure manuals for entire project management
  • Set quality standard, institute a suitable quality monitoring system and adherence
  • Prepare BOQ, cost budgeting, work time schedule, WBS etc required for project management.
Skills Team manager, result oriented, good communication, presentation skills, leadership, entrepreneurial, self motivated. Knowledge Exposure to MS office is basic requirement; Expertise in Auto cad design. Salary Based on experience, not a limitation for right candidate ,
