  • Achieve business plans set for the financial year for branches and self.
  • Ensure the productivity benchmarks are achieved at a resource level as per PLP or Scorecard.
  • Branch Activities, Relationship management with the branch staff, training and driving branch
  • numbers as per Fincon.
  • Tapping opportunities in the market by targeting Consumer Durable, LSF, LCF, Travel Merchant, Solar merchants, Educational Institutes, Arts and Antiques Gallery, Apparels, Auto Dealers chain with CD/DC sign ups as per leads generated by Branches.
  • Managing CRM closure generated by the branches.
  • Hiring & Training as per the budgeted manpower allocated to him.
  • Responsible for BDR productivity defined as per business KRA.
  • Ensures cross sell is done as per defined targets (Insurance, Credit Cards, CASA, FD etc.
  • Maintaining profitability of the relationship of the branches by awareness of RM income
  • Product / Marketing team for streamlining Sales related activities at the branches and collateral development.
  • FTNR, Dealer/DSA agreements, Sales compliance management
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for driving Sales plans, to ensure that the budgeted numbers are met, by timely tracking the budget v/s actual numbers. Initializing and monitoring of various Sales Contests for the Bank and the outsourced Staff as well to enhance Sales numbers and to focus on the sale of new products launched. Monitoring of productivity for Bank Staff and FOS staff and to ensure that the productivity benchmarks are meet.Timely monitoring and issuing Performance Memo s through the outsourced HR to non performing Out Sourced staff, thus saving on the manpower Cost and highlighted non performing BANK Staff productivity to higher management for further course of action.Tracking of various new initiatives of the Bank /Channels in order to ensure focus is maintained on the new products launched Responsible for organising product displays and setting up market setups and providing valid inputs/ by running various initiatives for achieving the FY s targets for EasyEMI enhancement through branches and tracking Branch wise MIS.The IFB Team is also expected to cross sell other liability products of the bank including Credit cards, Current accounts, savings accounts, salary accounts and fixed deposits.The SM is responsible to source and meet the target set along with the BDRs and self sourcing.Responsible for sourcing Business from Branches (Internal Customers, RM Channel, corporate salary, ABM Channel etc ), Phone Banking, VRM, COP, PRIME, EEG, HL, and other internal channels of the bank, Open Market ( Catchment area s Near Branches ).
