Roles and ResponsibilitiesB2B Relationship Managerposition will comprise all marketing activities that involve face-to-face contact with prospects/clients. This position is to build a business by identifying prospects, helping convert the prospects to clients. It involves developing and managing excellent rapport with existing clients and leveraging goodwill for furthering the business.1. Candidate will have to meet Doctors, Nurses, Chemists on a daily basis2. He should be able to present business opportunities and generate references from Doctor/Hospitalexecutives/nursing staff etc.3. He will be meeting clients referred by doctors to convert them to sales.4. a) Maintain cordial relationship with doctors, hospitals/ clinics, Pharmacy, DiagnosticCenters in the regionb) Build awareness about home health care services in the region as per the Marketing planshared by Companys Managementc) Drive and execute sales activities and generate leads related to home healthcared) Act as local relationship manager for clients in the region Required Experience & Qualifications: a) Graduate/ Postgraduate with min 2 yrs of experience in Healthcare/ Pharma/ Biotech industry. Candidate with experience in hospital marketing, Home Healthcare marketing would be given preferenceb) Fresher MBA with excellent communication skills and willingness to pursue a career with healthcare startup can also be consideredc) Hands-on experience in Microsoft office technologies (Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word)Desired Candidate Profile1.Self-Motivated and enthusiastic for work.2.Drive for targets and conversions3.Able to Coordinate with the client regarding requirements4.Do systematic Client Follow up and interact with Client on weekly basis for further references5.Accurately record and prepare reports of all prospects/client information in Company formats. ,
